This category of exercise includes physical activities that make you resist gravity. There are two types for them. High-impact and low-impact.
High-impact weight-breaking exercises are good to prevent osteoporosis and to strengthen your bones. But if you are already suffering from a fracture due to osteoporosis or if you are at high risk to have it avoid high-impact exercises. Here are some examples of that type of exercises:
